For over 200 years, HUMC has faithfully engaged in mission and ministry in Perquimans County NC, faithfully sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition, we strive to be the hands and feet of Christ, actively serving our community and the world. Whether you are a long-time member of our congregation or someone seeking a spiritual home, we invite you and your family and friends to join us for worship every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. You can participate in person, or if that is not feasible, we offer the option to connect with us through our live-stream on Facebook (Hertford United Methodist Church) or via the delayed presentation right here on our website. At HUMC, you will find a loving and welcoming congregation where everyone is embraced as we journey together in faith, deepening our relationship with Jesus Christ. What You Can Expect When You Visit
10:00 - Sunday Morning Worship (Also On-line)
1. HUMC sits on the corners of Dobbs, Covent Garden and Market Streets - 207 Dobbs Street on your GPS.
2. There is curb side parking on all three sides of the church. There is an additional parking lot on Market Street beside the big white house on 207 West Market, which is the parsonage.
3. You many enter on all three sides of the church and there are signs that will direct you to the sanctuary for our 10:00 a.m. Worship Service.
4. Dress is whatever makes you comfortable for the worship service.
5. There is an usher in the sanctuary who will assist you when you enter and are there to help you and answer any questions you may have.
We are so happy to have you worship with us and if there is anything we can do to help in anyway we are here for that purpose. We can't wait to meet you!
