Family Ministries
Since families help form the foundation of our children’s lives, it is important that our children experience the love and fellowship of our Church family here at Hertford United Methodist.
At Hertford UMC, we work to provide opportunities for families to grow together in faith and to share fun and fellowship with our Church family and our community. These include church picnics and other social events and mission opportunities geared to families of all ages. Your ideas and your participation are encouraged.
Family Night was held on December 13th with a Soup and Sandwich dinner followed by a Cookie Contest and Caroling. The weather didn’t coopperate but that didn’t damper the spirits of those attending. The cookie contest was judged and enjoyed by all. The caroling was done inside since the weather was wet outside. Stephanie and Joe Fuller get gold stars for their wonderful work throughout the year with the Family Ministries program.
Church Picnic great success! Special thanks to Joe and Stephanie Fuller for planning our Church Picnic on September 20th. We had over 100 attend with fun and food for all.
